The Ford SYNC technology available in the entire Ford lineup lets you use your voice to control many technology features within your car. For the 2015 and 2016 model years, there are three different types of SYNC available.

SYNC

With the base SYNC system, you can use your voice to listen to music, make a call, select apps with SYNC AppLink, and more. This feature lets you keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. Once paired with your compatible smartphone, the SYNC system can access your favorite content stored on your phone simply by saying “Bluetooth audio.”

SYNC with MyFord Touch

With the enhanced capabilities of SYNC with MyFord Touch, you’ll enjoy an intelligently organized screen with four distinct quadrants to give you the information you want and need. SYNC can use voice commands to find your favorite music, listen to SiriusXM Satellite Radio, make a call, and so much more.

SYNC 3

This is the newest member of the Ford SYNC family. It features an easy-to-use design that is both responsive and innovative. The touchscreen is easy to use and works in the same way as your smartphone—swipe to switch screens—or you can use voice commands to let SYNC find what you need.

No matter which SYNC system you have in your Ford, it comes equipped with a convenient no-charge 911 Assist feature. When connected to your smartphone, this feature will automatically call 911 in the event of an accident and get you help, even if you can’t.
